Singapore Team Achieves Key Milestones in Healthcare Supply and Sterilisation

The Singapore team achieved two significant milestones, demonstrating strong execution, customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
The successful delivery of 2.4 million Aquasoft gloves to Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH) marks an important milestone in expanding Aquasoft’s presence across the public healthcare sector. This large-scale delivery will support healthcare professionals across MOH hospitals and highlights the team’s ability to meet significant healthcare supply requirements.
In parallel, the team supported National University Hospital (NUH) in transitioning from traditional linen wraps to sequential sterilisation wraps. A comprehensive two-week training programme was delivered to prepare users for the planned rollout, helping build confidence and support a smooth transition.
Congratulations to Tina and the Singapore team on these achievements and their continued commitment to supporting healthcare professionals through effective customer partnerships, product solutions and education.

Japan

Building Sales Capabilities and Team Collaboration in Japan

On September 17 and 18, the Japan team held a two-day Sales Competency Development Program focused on strengthening sales capabilities, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
Business Manager Maggie Oller travelled from the Philippines, while HR Manager Salman Amin joined from Sydney to facilitate the program. Sales team members from across Japan came together, creating a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues they do not often meet in person.
Through interactive group discussions, idea-sharing and presentations, participants learned from one another’s experiences and gained new perspectives.
The program also encouraged participants to reflect on different sales mindsets, their individual roles and their own approaches. Overall, it provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration and reinforce the importance of working together with a shared perspective and common direction as one Sales team.
