Starting 2 June 2025, O&M Halyard Australia will transition to a 4PL model with ParagonCare to streamline logistics, enhance delivery performance, and support sustainability goals—while maintaining our strong customer focus.

As part of this change, ParagonCare will manage logistics and distribution, enabling more efficient operations. O&M Halyard will continue to be your primary point of contact for all customer support and product education needs.

Behind the scenes, our team in Australia is working relentlessly to support this transition, providing clear guidance and communications in the lead-up to the go-live date to ensure a seamless experience for all customers.

The kick-off featured a talk by Mr. Ty Bailey, National Procurement Manager – Clinical at Calvary Healthcare, on the role of procurement in healthcare. Sessions covered best practices, sales training, and focused oncology discussions. A highlight was the Infection Control session with KOL Ms. Glenys Harrington, offering practical applications and a “Train-the-Trainer” session.

The event concluded with a Night of Excellence, celebrating teammates whose achievements inspire success—setting the tone for a dynamic and collaborative 2025.

OWN IT! Team India Sets 2025 in Motion
From deep dives in to Halyard Hospital and Industrial segment and marketing strategies to Gallup Strengths and Psycho Geometric training, Team India’s Annual Conference combined learning with inspiration—empowering teammates to “OWN IT!” through customer focus, talent development, and growth.

Team O&M Halyard India set the tone for a successful 2025 with its Annual Conference held in March at the Owens & Minor Halyard Corporate Office in Pune. The event was a dynamic mix of training sessions, focusing on both the Halyard Hospital and Industrial segment portfolios, as well as marketing strategies.

perspectives that aligned the team’s efforts with the company’s mission for the year. Attendees also participated in engaging sessions, including building sales competency through Psycho Geometric analysis and gaining a deeper understanding of personal strengths through the Gallup Clifton Strengths Analysis.

The conference culminated in a memorable Awards & Recognition Ceremony, where the exceptional achievements of the top performers in 2024 were celebrated.

This year’s theme, “OWN IT!”, inspired all teammates to take ownership of the three strategic levers that will drive success in 2025: Customer Empowerment, Talent Development, and Profitable Growth.

Team EMA’s 2025 kick-off in Malaysia featured distributor training, team-building, interactive workshops and a valuable session by KOL Dr. Salihin on occupational exposure to antineoplastic drugs. The conference wrapped up with goal-setting and a creative batik session celebrating unity and progress.

The event opened with a full-day distributor training focused on gloves, wipes, CPP, and chemotherapy solutions. Hands-on activities like crafting with playdough while wearing different glove types, jigsaw puzzles on surgical collateral, and a CPP draping activity helped deepen product knowledge in a fun, interactive way. protection and compliance offered a clinical edge to the discussions, backed by data and insight into healthcare practices. In another highlight, Salman Amin from our HR team led a Clifton Strengths session where teammates explored individual talents and how to better support one another—culminating in a shared team objective: “How to Best Support One Another.”

Plenary reflections from each function offered clarity on 2024 learnings and 2025 goals, reinforcing collaboration. The event closed with a batik painting session inspired by this year’s theme, Building Together—a vibrant celebration of teamwork and unity.
