A glove donning powder consisting of cornstarch cross-linked with epichlorohydrin or phosphorus oxychloride with less than 2% magnesium oxide as defined in the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP). Must be capable of being boiled in saline for 20 minutes and stand for 24 hours without dissolving.
