  • Operational Excellence: Enhancing field effectiveness through benchmarking, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution

The workshop strengthened alignment, sharpened strategic priorities, and set the momentum to exceed objectives and accelerate growth in 2026.

China

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Shanghai Lianman as our new Healthcare business partner in China. This transition reflects strong cross-functional collaboration across the business. By moving quickly and working in close alignment, the team successfully secured a key partner while ensuring continuity of our presence in the market without disruption.

Engagement with Shanghai Lianman commenced in Q4 last year, with the Distribution Agreement signed in January, followed by product training conducted to support a smooth onboarding process. Initial orders of USD 153K have already been placed, with a full-year AOP of USD 600K.

  • Addressing concerns around communicating product price adjustments driven by the Middle East situation
  • Identifying effective approaches to manage stakeholder conversations
  • Exploring practical strategies to drive profitability from existing products

Despite the ongoing challenges anticipated in 2026, the Japan team reaffirmed a strong commitment to working collaboratively as One Team to drive sustainable profit growth.
