Account Manager – Core Devices

Job Overview

Working within the Medical Device team of Halyard, you will be accountable for increasing market share and developing new growth opportunities as well as establishing and developing relationships with your key client groups. This role will be based in Melbourne and you will own and drive growth across your territory within Victoria and Tasmania.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement account business plans to identify customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain superior relationships with internal and external customers, to maximise co-operation and achieve "preferred supplier" status.
  • Ensure all business activities are carried out to a high standard and conform to the Company's Code of Conduct, policies, procedures and internal controls, as well as relevant external regulations.
  • Deliver comprehensive and engaging clinical education and product training to key external contacts.
  • Own accountability of your individual development, by proactively engaging in development activities which in turn lead to winning results.

Commercial and Contracts Analyst

Job Overview

Halyard Health is seeking a pro-active and highly motivated Commercial and Contracts Analyst. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales team in Australia and New Zealand, you will coordinate the end to end tender/contract submission process and manage all associated back end tasks. To ensure critical deadlines are met, you'll need to be diligent, structured & meticulous in your approach.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work as part of a cohesive team to manage all the elements associated with the tender submission processes for certain public sector territories & private sector groups within Australia & New Zealand. This is a 12-month contract with potential to extend. This role will be based in Milsons Point.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the tender submission process, formulating proposals which align with customer expectations, corporate strategy, policies and legal requirements
  • Develop and provide detailed analysis to the Sales and Marketing teams on current price positioning relative to the competition, sales trends and profitability of current and potential contracts
  • Maintain analytical reporting tools for the Sales team to ensure they can accurately evaluate their rebate sales via channel partners
  • Process, upload and maintain government and private health care group contracts critical pricing and reporting structures in SAP R/3 and BW
  • Be Halyard Health's central contact point for all government tendered business and liaise with government contract managers to build and maintain strategic relationships. Where possible attend all relevant government tenders briefing and/or de-briefing sessions throughout Australia
